RSL ACTIVE ART THERAPY PROGRAM
Art Therapy Program returns in 2024 at Altona RSL with art teacher Colin. Art is a proven form of therapy to assist with mental health, physical wellbeing, and a great form of relaxation.
The classes are run in a relaxed, friendly manner and suitable for all abilities. The class is open to Veterans, ADF, First Responders and their immediate families, and is ideal for kids.
When: 6pm – 7.30pm, fortnightly on Tuesday evenings
Where: Altona RSL located at 31 Sargood Street, Altona
