Mindfulness, Meditation & Movement

Mindfulness and Meditation is helpful as it gives us an anchor—our breath—on which we can focus when we find ourselves carried away by a stressful thought or situation.

Learning and applying these tools can also help us stay “present” in the moment, rather than being distracted by the past or worries about the future."

Classes will be held weekly at Bentleigh RSL - 540 Centre Rd, Bentleigh in the upstairs function room at 7.30pm to 8.30pm (please arrive by 7.15pm). You can register for one or all of the days as follows simply, register you first ticket and use the autofill (data copy) for your other ones to follow, and agree to the privacy policy.

All ages are catered for, from 12 years up, and you can choose to compete this on a chair or on the floor based on your movement ability. Make sure you wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes to allow for stretching.

Classes are run by Moksha Yoga, Bentleigh.
