Mindfulness, Meditation & Movement
Mindfulness and Meditation is helpful as it gives us an anchor—our breath—on which we can focus when we find ourselves carried away by a stressful thought or situation.
Learning and applying these tools can also help us stay “present” in the moment, rather than being distracted by the past or worries about the future."

All ages are catered for, from 12 years up, and you can choose to compete this on a chair or on the floor based on your movement ability. Make sure you wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes to allow for stretching.
Classes are run by Moksha Yoga, Bentleigh.
