Role Summary/Brief
Description:
- Customer Contact Officer role
- Full time, part-time, and casual roles available
- Hybrid working arrangements from 1/10/2023 - 60% in office, 40% at home.
Duties and Responsibilities: Service clients via phone, web chat, mail and other media types, administration duties, inbound and outbound calls, handling enquiries, complaints, and providing information
Skills and Experience:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good sound computer skills
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience in contact centre in a service area
- Experience in an outsource environment
- Must have minimum 2 Covid-19 vaccinations
- Must be an Australian Citizen and have lived in Australia for the past 5 years (residential address in Aus for 5 years)
- Must be able to pass a National Police Check
