Hours/Type: Full-Time

Location: Box Hill (hybrid work from home)

Role Summary/Brief Description:

  • Customer Contact Officer role
  • Full time, part-time, and casual roles available
  • Hybrid working arrangements from 1/10/2023 - 60% in office, 40% at home.

Duties and Responsibilities: Service clients via phone, web chat, mail and other media types, administration duties, inbound and outbound calls, handling enquiries, complaints, and providing information

Skills and Experience:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good sound computer skills
  • Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience in contact centre in a service area
  • Experience in an outsource environment
  • Must have minimum 2 Covid-19 vaccinations
  • Must be an Australian Citizen and have lived in Australia for the past 5 years (residential address in Aus for 5 years)
  • Must be able to pass a National Police Check
