RSL Victoria’s Christmas and New Year operating hours

The majority of RSL Victoria staff will be on break from 12:00pm Wednesday 24 December 2025 to 9:00am Monday 5 January 2026. 

General enquiries for RSL Victoria can be directed to RSL Victoria via re*******@********om.au or 03 9655 5555, where you can leave a message that we will respond to after the Christmas break.

In-person support from Veteran and Family Wellbeing Hubs will resume Monday 5 January 2026.

For media queries during this period, please contact 0460 295 364 from 24 December to 29 December, and 0418 861 559 from 30 December to 4 January.

For urgent veteran support during the Christmas break time, immediate crisis support is available from OpenArms’ 24-hour counselling services via 1800 011 046, Lifeline 13 11 14 or if life is in danger, please contact triple zero (000). 

For non-emergency matters that may arise during this time, callers are encouraged to leave a message, which the Veteran Central team will respond to upon their return in the New Year.

Please remember that RSL Victoria’s Veteran Central is not a crisis service and if there is a veteran emergency, urgent assistance should be sought from Lifeline, OpenArms or triple zero (000).
