Melbourne Veterans’ and Families Hub

The Veterans’ and Families Hub Melbourne in honour of Vivian Bullwinkel is located on Swanston Street, Melbourne, and services veterans and their families in Melbourne and the surrounding area.

RSL Victoria’s specialist staff work alongside other ex-service organisations out of the Hub, affectionately known as “Viv’s Place”, to provide services like counselling, advocacy and referral pathways.

The centre is named in honour of Australian Army nurse Vivian Bullwinkel whose tale of survival during the Bangka Island massacre has become one that is renowned globally.

Viv’s Place is located at 293 Swanston Street, Melbourne.
