Many of the RSL Victoria staff will be on a 10-day Christmas break from Friday 23 December 2022 to Tuesday 3 January 2023.

Sub-Branches requiring urgent support during the Christmas break should refer to the December edition of eNews for the appropriate means of contact to resolve your issue.

Please note that the IGT Application Support Team will continue to provide 24/7, 365-day support to applicable 10A Sub-Branches during the Christmas and New Year period.

During the holiday period, the Veteran Central (1300 MILVET) call centre will remain open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of the public holidays listed below:

• Monday 26 December
• Tuesday 27 December
• Monday 2 January

Please remember that RSL Victoria's Veteran Central is not a crisis service and if there is a veteran emergency, then please seek urgent assistance from Open Arms or 000.

For non-emergency matters that may arise on public holidays or after hours, callers can leave a message on 1300 MILVET (1300 645 838) which the Veteran Central team will respond to on the next working day.

Please note that the Veterans & Families Hubs at Frankston, Geelong, Warrnambool, and Wodonga will be closed between 23 December 2022 and 3 January 2023. The Vivian Bullwinkel Veterans & Families Hub will be closed between 23 December and 9 January 2023.
