RSL Victoria Appoints Lucy Saaroni as Chief of Veteran and Family Services
RSL Victoria has appointed Lucy Saaroni as its new Chief of Veteran and Family Services.
As a proud veteran, Ms Saaroni brings lived experience of her military service, including operational deployments, and a strong personal connection to the role which leads RSL Victoria’s veteran services portfolio.
She joins RSL Victoria with a distinguished career in leadership and community service, holding senior executive roles with Vinnies Victoria and the Country Fire Authority (CFA), where she led large-scale service delivery and community-focused initiatives.
In addition to her executive leadership experience, she currently serves as a Board Member of Vasey RSL Care and Vasey Housing Victoria, and is a member of the Victorian Veterans Council, reflecting her deep commitment to the wellbeing of the veteran community.
The appointment reflects RSL Victoria’s ongoing commitment to delivering impactful, veteran-centric programs and services and to building a strong future for the veteran community.
Ms Saaroni will start the new role on 15 July 2026.
